Cancellation & Refund Of Food Orders:

  • Food orders can only be canceled until they are confirmed from the concerned restaurant or food outlet and full refund will be issued to the customer. Once the concerned restaurant or food outlet confirms the order, it cannot be canceled. It will be clearly mentioned on the product description page.
  • A full refund will be issued if the concerned restaurant or food outlet or the admin cancels the order or unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order.
  • The food orders will be non refundable if they cannot be delivered due to,

- The absence of receiver at the time of delivery

- Locked property at the time of delivery

- Refusal of the customer to accept it at the time of delivery

- Wrong address provided by the customer

- Customer cannot be contacted

Full refund will be issued in the following circumstances for orders excluding food orders:

  • When the product received by the customer is damaged.
  • When the product received by the customer is different from the original order.
  • When the product does not match the product description.
  • When the order is not delivered or cannot be delivered.
  • When the customer does not like the product after seeing it in person.

Non-refundable Products & Circumstances:

  • Undergarments including but not limited to vests, underpants, briefs, boxers, panties, brasiers, corsets, slips, sports brasiers, all types of lingerie, socks, gloves etc. are non-refundable. It will be clearly mentioned on the product description page. They will be refunded only when they are returned totally unused and in original packaging and condition.
  • Digital media, jewelry, beauty products, and cosmetics are not refundable. It will be clearly mentioned on the product description page. They will be refunded only when they are returned totally unused and in original packaging and condition.
  • If the order is canceled before delivery, it will be fully refundable.

Refund Timings:

  • Customers will have 7 days after the delivery of the product to begin the return and refund procedure.
  • Refund will be issued within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.
  • Refund will be issued using the original payment method.
  • If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery method, the customer seeking refund will have to provide bank details and refund will be issued to the same bank account using online banking or other online payment transfer modes.
  • Once we issue the refund, it can take up to 15 days to reflect the same in the customer’s account.

Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
